Just to tell you I love the way you represent yourself – great! No bullshit, like we say in US!

I enjoyed reading your page, Mira and can see you are a major contributor to assisting humanity up a notch on the evolutionary scale. We need all the help we can get. Our emotional bodies are so volatile and we get hurt so easily that we often forget the power of love. Many blessings to you and thank you so very much for your dedicated work on our behalf.

Mira, if I could choose to meet three people from all my friends on Facebook you’d be one of them. Your philosophies are so considered, so uplifting and clearly, so true to yourself. They’re like fragrance in a sullied world sometimes and I’d just like to say thanks.

Memoirs are becoming another favorite genre for me. I love learning about the lives of people from around the world. The similarities and the differences amaze me. While I do not necessarily believe in everything Mira follows, I really like that many of her holistic approaches are considered complementary. I do believe there is much western medicine can learn from holistic healing combined with more traditional treatments. I also found the similarities between how Mira describes the blueprints of our current lives and past lives and that of Sylvia Browne’s descriptions of the same.

I really enjoyed reading this interesting and thought provoking book. I readily identified with the Mikulic family’s journey and challenges as immigrants to Australia. Following Mira’s spiritual journey was fascinating and gave me an insight into world I had not previously contemplated.

Lovely reading of your journey, Mira. You can tell a metaphysic adventurer by their trials and their love. I see that pain has shaped you into a compassionate healer and inner beauty softly radiates out to people you touch.

Someone gave me this book as a gift. Because I too come from former Czechoslovakia. I do understand much of the life Mira is describing there because I lived a similar one before migrating to USA. The book enthralled me by the true and accurate description of the country’s milestone events. It took me back to the life of my youth in communism. It’s hard to believe today what went on there only half a century ago. And interesting to note what the current society evolved into as a result of that harsh life.
It’s fair to say that nearly all emigrants were scarred by it too. Here’s a story of Mira’s adventures. I have to say, her book is just beautiful, easy to read and follow. It’s really lovely and sad at the same time. A wonderful tool to help readers ponder on the meaning of life.
Thank you for this gem, Mira.

Very interesting story of a life with many ups and downs, adventures and escapes. We are privileged that you decided to write your life story about your search for the meaning of life. It is well written and easy to follow, especially since the English language is a second language for you.
On your journey to find a better life-path, there were many experiences and insights, particularly through different religious retreats, spiritual insights and recovery after exploitation by a communist regime. A lot of travels give a broadening experience, meeting different cultures and appreciation of different nationalities in Australia.
You have learned a lot on your journey to be able to deal successfully with day to day problems along a chosen pathway and to think outside the square for resolutions. Photos of family and others are a lovely back up at the end of chapters. “Themes and Insights Gained” are excellent chapter summaries and inspire ongoing thinking, different ways of doing things and reading them again. The world still does not have a spiritual balance and this book offers some solutions for helping to achieve it.
I couldn’t put the book down and am so very much looking forward to the next ones.

Life itself writes unique stories and we all have a story to tell. Mira Mikulic is one of a few people who has written a book about her life journey. I read it in one breath. I could relate to her story on some levels because I also emigrated to Australia but as an adult through my own decision. Mira was a child and the decision was made for her by her parents.
Her story of spiritual awakening and healing of old wounds is very inspiring and rich with sad events that she dealt with through the support of her spiritual guides, many alternative healers and her own inner strength. I recommend this first book of hers documenting her life up to her early forties. And look forward to the next one already in the making. I believe Mira’s book will be truly enjoyed not only by memoir readers but everyone who loves a great eventful book and gets inspired by true life experiences of others. It also has a lot to offer readers seeking to understand the meaning of their lives and heal their own health problems.

Reading this real-life story offered me a unique insight into the author’s spiritual world and experience which is very different from my own. I liked the fact that the book is written in the form of an autobiography accompanied by family photos, it was nicely structured and easy to follow. I also liked the chapter summaries that reinforced the lessons the o faced at different stages of her life. The story re-assured me in my belief that dysfunctional family relationships may be the cause of physical and mental hardship which later turns into an illness where medicine cannot help.
I highly recommend The Spiritual Path to those who wish to learn about the meaning of life and alternative healing methods. The story makes you stronger, gives you a positive life direction and hope and helps you not to give up.

This book appears to be just another biography. However, it is much more than that. Firstly, it offers a very accurate account and deep insight into the history of central Europe in the middle of the 20th century. I share the same cultural background with the author and can confirm that the physical and psychological reality of living in the Eastern block and shortly after the fall of the Iron Curtain was very much as described in this book.
The second and possibly most important dimension of this literary work is the description of the spiritual awakening of the author through the journey of healing from obscure physical disorders. There is a sincere desire to help others in similar predicaments through outlining the journey and different healing modalities on offer for those who may need to resort to alternatives to the allopathic medical system. To support the author’s urge to help others, the back of the book consists of very extensive catalogue of resources for healing and spiritual growth, both written and audio-visual. Thus, this autobiographical book stands out from the rest for a variety of reasons.
Last but not least, I have to mention that Mira is an outstanding “wordsmith”. She is also a perfectionist. Everything is just right with good balance and the style is highly professional. From the very first page one can find numerous examples of excellent mastery of words through poetic imagery. This makes reading truly delightful, like munching on a rich chocolate cake-this book is addictive, irresistible and hard to put down. Hopefully it will assist in changing the lives and health of many of its readers.

This book is extremely powerful and it kept me hooked into it right from the beginning to the end. The spiritual story about Mira’s incredible search for the meaning of life and her true life experiences just blew me away. Not only me but also my teenage daughter who was amazed by some of Mira’s miraculous stories. My mother in law and some of my clients are also eager to read the book. Since many of us come from the former Czechoslovakia, we can relate to her cultural background now here in Australia.
The chapter summaries provide useful references of her life’s lessons for us to refer to as required and learn from. The photos after each chapter are also relatable and document the passage of her life. Fantastic reading, thank you Mira for sharing your story with us ! It’s truly a wonderful and inspiring reading.
